(JACKSON, Ala.) – As of 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, Clarke-Washington EMC has restored power to nearly 18,700 of its 20,000 meters across Clarke, Washington, Wilcox and Monroe counties. Clarke-Washington EMC will continue working until service has been restored to 100% of the members.
