New Service

In order to apply for service, a customer must complete a membership application. The amount of members’ deposit will vary depending on their utility credit check. The customer needs to be prepared to pay a $5.00 membership fee, $5.00 application fee, a $50.00 connection fee if the service line is not attached to the house or a $40.00 connection fee if the service line is connected to the house. For Commercial Rates, please contact the Clarke-Washington EMC Service Department.
